Monday | Meet from 5pm at 5 Monro St, walk down the driveway and enter at the rear of the house. Run leaves about 5.15/5.20ish. Mixed group but can be a brisk run around 60min into Ross Creek and bike tracks. Options for shortcuts, longer and shorter routes. Generally wait for people at a number of spots during the run. A good headlight is necessary. |
Tuesday | Meet at Logan Park, changing from a track session to fartlek around the grass fields, can be done barefoot. Meet from 5pm at the athletics track gate/parking/open field opposite. Warmup on the track or around the fields or run from work then building up anything from 15 to +40min fartlek running time, shortcuts across fields for slower runners. Mixed level of athletes (beginners to elite). Currently 6min,5,4,3,2,1,1,30s,30s (or part thereof). |
Wednesday | Usually a 60 to 75min brisk lunchtime run from 5 Monro St leaving sharp at 1pm into Ross Creek and McGouns. Check to confirm. |
Thursday | Meet as for Monday, usually a longer hilly run such as Nicoll's Falls or hill repeats or golf course around 60 to 120min, options of turning back early and shorter versions and barefoot if on golf course or beach. |
Friday | Usually a 60min lunchtime run from 5 Monro St leaving sharp at 1pm into Ross Creek and bike tracks. Check to confirm. |
Saturday | Club Run, meet at 1.45pm at Chingford Park. Not every week, check schedule. |
